Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by email; the contract is formed when we send that confirmation.

We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, a price was clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout. Prices include any import duties, so you pay nothing extra at the door.

Payments are processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.

We usually ship within 1 business day. The estimated delivery date is shown on the product page and at checkout.

If we can't ship within the time we stated, we tell you before that time passes and you can cancel for a full refund (FTC Mail, Internet or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule).

Shipping information

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery.

Use products as described on the product page and in the included instructions. Safety information and the manufacturer's details are listed on each product page.

Product safety

If a product arrives damaged, defective or not as described, contact us and we will replace or refund it.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without limiting any consumer protection rights you have in your state of residence.

We may update these terms. The version in force when you placed your order applies to that order.
