Safety information on each product
Every product page has a “Product safety” section with materials, warnings and the manufacturer's details. Read the warnings and the included instructions before use.
Report a safety problem
If a product caused an injury, overheated, broke in a dangerous way or seems unsafe, stop using it and email help@example.com with your order number, a description and photos. We reply within 2 business days and, where needed, report it to the manufacturer and the authorities.
You can also report it to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission at SaferProducts.gov.
Recalls
If a product you bought is recalled, we contact you by email with instructions and a remedy (refund, replacement or repair).
