How we verify reviews

A review can only be written through a personal link from an order: on the order status page once the order has been delivered, or 14 days after it ships. Each product in an order can be reviewed once. Every review on our product pages comes from a customer who bought that product from us, and is marked “Verified purchase”.

We do not accept reviews from people who did not buy from us, and we do not copy reviews from other shops, marketplaces or suppliers.

We publish reviews whatever their rating: good, average and bad. We never remove or hide a review because it is negative.

• We check new reviews before publishing and only reject a review that is spam or advertising, is offensive, is not about the product, or contains personal data (such as an address or phone number).
• A review we have not checked within 5 days is published automatically.
• Star ratings and review counts are calculated only from published reviews. We never add ratings by hand.

We may reply to a review publicly; our reply is shown under it and marked as the store's reply. We cannot change what a customer wrote.

We do not pay for reviews and do not offer discounts, gifts or other rewards for writing one. If that ever changes, every review written in return for a reward will be clearly marked, and the reward will never depend on what the review says.

Reviews are shown in the language they were written in. A review in another language than the page carries a label with its language, so you can see it at a glance.

Next to your review we show the name you chose (by default your first name and the initial of your last name). We never show your e-mail address or order details. We remove location and camera data from photos before saving them.
