Refund policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, take physical possession of the goods (for several items delivered separately: of the last item).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Lumora Home LLC, 1 Example Way, Reno, NV 89501, USA. Email: help@example.com (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm ET).) of your decision by an unequivocal statement, for example an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. You can also start the return from your account.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except any extra costs from choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision.

We use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees because of the reimbursement.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Please send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised (for example with your own print).
• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery.

If an item is faulty or not as described, you are protected by the legal guarantee of conformity (at least 2 years from delivery). Email help@example.com with your order number and a photo, and we will repair, replace or refund it. We cover the shipping costs.
