Product safety

Every product page has a “Product safety” section with the manufacturer, the person responsible in the EU, materials and warnings, as required by the EU General Product Safety Regulation. Read the warnings and the included instructions before use.

If a product caused an injury, overheated, broke in a dangerous way or seems unsafe, stop using it and email help@example.com with your order number, a description and photos. We reply within 2 business days and, where needed, report it to the manufacturer and the authorities.

If a product you bought is recalled, we contact you by email with instructions and a remedy (refund, replacement or repair).
