Shipping
When your order ships
We usually ship within 1 business day of your order. You get an email with a tracking link as soon as it leaves the warehouse.
Delivery times
Each product page shows the estimated delivery dates for your country, and checkout shows the available shipping methods and their costs before you pay.
If your order is delayed beyond the agreed time, you can cancel it and get a full refund.
VAT and import charges
Prices include VAT. If an order could incur any additional import charges, we tell you before you pay.
Tracking and problems
Track your order from the link in the shipping email or in your account.
If tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or the parcel is marked delivered but you don't have it, email help@example.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
