Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by email; the contract is formed when we send that confirmation.

We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, a price was clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

Prices include VAT. If an order could incur any additional import charges, we tell you before you pay.

Payments are processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.

We usually ship within 1 business day. The estimated delivery date is shown on the product page and at checkout.

If we can't deliver within the agreed time, you can cancel the order and get a full refund.

Shipping information

You can withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of delivery without giving a reason.

Refund policy

Use products as described on the product page and in the included instructions. Safety information and the manufacturer's details are listed on each product page.

Product safety

You have a legal guarantee of conformity for at least 2 years from delivery. If a product is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund under EU consumer law.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the law of the country where we are established. This does not take away the protection given to you by the mandatory rules of the country where you live.

We may update these terms. The version in force when you placed your order applies to that order.
